The last snowfall of the winter season on the morning of March 13, 2005

This is a photo I shot in Glory Park, later on the same day.

Albert Grigorian, Ira Melnik and me - studying English (sort of) in a bar near the university. We were trying to clarify the meaning of some of the English lyrics to some songs that Albert was interested in.

This is me dancing with a woman who is drunk on her ass at The Camelia Cafe,
which is owned by Albert's family. The dancing was the drunken lady's idea, not mine.

I was just there eating Armenian shashleek - minding my own business, when some sort of alarm must have
gone off in this lady's brain, like "the circus is in town, I think I will go ask that
strange looking foreigner to dance." She later accused Albert and me of being paparazzi and spies.
We finally had to go to Albert's dad's office to hideout until this woman left the restaurant.

An accordian concert at our university on the afternoon of March 16, 2005.

file.jpg
Just when you think it can't get any better, what do you get? A duet.

It is actually not called an accordion since it has buttons instead of keys, like a piano.
I have had this discussion a number of times now.
It is called something like "bayon" in Ukrainian.
I still think it is called an accordion in English, but what the hell do I know.
