Ken and Ingrid's departure is a sad day for the dogs and cats of Bila Tserkva as well as a sad day for the scores of people whose lives they touched. Ingrid was a benefactor of many stray dogs and cats. It's a hard knock life for the countless stray animals that roam the streets of Bila Tserkva, but Ingrid always went out of her way to give them a little food and show them a little kindness.
